I have wanted to start this blog for a long time and I have decided since I am going to have this WLS, this would be a good time to start journaling not just about my weight issues but life in general.  In particular my struggles to free myself of the negative,toxic energy I have had in my life for so long.  

I think this surgery is going to make me a much stronger person mentally.  I believe it will give me the confidence, driveand persistance  so many think I am lacking.

I have come to a point in my life where I no longer care what anyone things and I am going to do what I think is best for me and my small family.  I am so finished with the negative.
