Hello everyone! Its good to be back. I haven't visited the Board in 2 or 3 months because I've been a little frustrated with my lack of loss. On Tuesday I went to my surgeon for my 9 month check up and he said I'm right on schedule! This really surprised me and made me feel a LOT better, so here I am, lol. While "away" I continued to follow my program and not be so vigilant weighing myself and tried to not obsess so much but at the same time, "get a life".
It was surprising to see the new Board and I'm looking forward to customizing my profile! Anyways, I missed you all! Talk to you soon.
