T minus 12 hours

Well...its 12 hours before my roux - en- y surgery...I won't lie...I'm scared shitless...

3 weeks of optifast ...fully committed...down 15 pounds from 3 weeks ago...down 30 from my high weight...and still have over 100 to go!

I've got this ....check in with y'all after surgery
