"I was very impressed with Dr. Alexander. He as usual from what I have read was running late. But then he did spend over an hour with me and my husband. He described all the pro's and con's of the surgery and even drew pictures of the procedure for my husband. It has been a year since I have seen Dr. Alexander but yet he is not making me pay another office visit or even come in before he scheduled my surgery. And I only had to wait 3 weeks for a date. The office staff turnover in Dr. A's office is some what disturbing but as long as the service stays the same I guess it is not a big deal. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. A to anyone who asks. For that matter to anyone who doesn't ask."
"Don't let anyone tell you it tastes like fruit juice. It is just a thick as most other protein drinks. I will do a protein bar anyday over this stuff!"
"They did not offer to provide toiletry items or make any effort to clean the room each day I was there. They never came and offered to help me clean up. I had to ask for everything I wanted. My husband spent most of his time there doing what the nurse's should of been doing."
