i know i haven't been getting on here regularly now but i passed my one year surgiversary and it seems i stay above or below my goal by about 3 pounds for a while now. i'm happy with where i am and have gotten to do new things this summer that my weight restricted earlier. 1. i ride my so to school now and actually own a bike of my own. 2. went camping and hiking to some caves where i actually had to pull my own body weight to get out of. talk about amazing, i never pictured being able to do that. total i have lost 109 pounds now. i am amazing, i must say
