The time is here!

I am getting ready to go the the hospital to have the WLS that is going to change my life.  I have waited so long for this and it is here.  I am praying my outlook and self esteem will be raised and my depression will be lifted when it comes to me weight that has plagued me foe most of my life.  My body can not stop shaking and I woke every 2 hours last night. I know this has got to work and I am going to put my all into it and follow all the life changes. Well what more can I say other than I am so scared!
