Goals

Just going to stick with small goals like make it out of 300 then 200's I'm not really sure what is really relistic as everyone is a different person and they go at different levels. For me i would be ok around 170 but boy would i love to be around 140 just cause i'm so short i think i;m 5 foor 3 and that may be pushing it lol. but when push comes to shove i JUST want to be healthy and alive for my husband myself our 6 and 7 year old boys. This time next year i would really love to be able to run again .. How i miss my feet hitting the pavement and just taking off
