I don't know where to start, it's like I woke up one day and was fat. It really took me years to get like this but I guess I just wasn't paying attention. Now my health is at risk and so is my life. I want to live to see my grandkids grow up and be able to get down on the floor and play with them without it hurting me the next day.I want to have a life again.
