I Started My New Life style 07-27-11 with an open YNR, first few weeks were tough getting over the surgery and trying to eat and drink and follow the rules. Today 9-20-11 I'm Down 40 lbs. A little frustrated that its not More but I'm loosing not gaining and that's always a plus. I'm settling into my new way of eating but have huge cravings, I think it's all in my head because I'm not hungry!  I look forward to the Journey, And I'm Thankful that I stumbled onto this website. I've been reading blogs and looking at before and afters for several hours. I'm so excited to here what everyone has to say! The story's and comments are encouraging!
