Month one done

I am one month out from my VSG and down 21 lbs from my highest weight of 250lbs.  I'm feeling ok, walking more no weights yet and hopefully back to work full-time next week.  I eat mainly cottage cheese with canned fruit for breakfast, tuna snack kit with for four crackers for lunch, it's dinner where I seem to have problems. I tend to want to over eat, eat too fast, and want to snack afterwards. It seems I am always hungry before going to bed. I'm getting in my 60gm of protein and1500+month of fluids. Sometimes I feel my sleeve is bigger than most. I know that is not the case but I am getting Hunger pangs already. Any thoughts?
