Pre-op Liquid Diet...day 4.

I'm on day 4 of my pre-op liquid diet and so far I haven't died, nor have I killed anyone!!  Actually, it's not NEARLY as bad as I had anticipated and I've heard the first 3-4 days are the worst.  I had my pre-registration appointment at the hospital today and I have already lost 10 pounds just this week!!!!!  Way to kick it off!  The doctor said the average weight loss on the pre-op diet is 10 pounds during the entire 2 weeks, so I'm pretty psyched!  Don't want my liver to get in the way of a nice smooth laproscopic surgery....all set with having a fully open incision.  Anyway, yay me!!
