5 day pouch test

I will start the 5 day pouch test tomorrow. I had my surgery in 2006. I'm 29 years old and this year I have gained 20 pounds back and 10 the year before. I have increased my portion sizes and I've been drinking alcohol. It's a new year and a new start. 5 day pouch test is on!
