I tried of not using my tool effectively. I'm going back to the gym and working the way I'm supposed too. Why is it that we think things are suppose to happen without the work. No More! Excuses out of the window. A New me will happen. God has blessed me with loving family and friends and I want to be there for them no matter what. Anyway, I had to put it out there to make it official.
