Well has gotten the Patient Orientation and first support group taken care of...received in the mail today , my list of next appts YAY ... Group Nutrition Class April 11 10AM-12PM then has Physical Therapy  April 11 1PM -2PM , April 14th has sleep consult , April 1:30-2:30 has Dietitian...now hopefully my PCP has sent the letter to my medical transportation provider so that there will be no issue there this time ...oh and has monthy visit with pcp march 27th....feeling good it is all coming together ....

Kicking myself in the butt now ....knows i need to lose 65lbs ..,.,.,and what do i do but go on a junk food binge , yes it did taste fairly good but boy oh boy....had horrible headache and stomachache , wasnt worth it really.....only thing i can do is pick myself back and get these lbs off that I need to lose

Weighed in this morning and is now Under 500 ...is 499.0....feels so good to hit even one small goal ....only 49 more pounds to lose that EMMC is asking me for.

Weighed myself today and I am down to 500.8 from 515 lbs.....57 more lbs to go that EMMC is asking of me .....making sure to drink my water , water and more water and forcing myself to move weather it be a good  house cleaning or a walk to the end of the street and back
