"Never having had any other surgery, I know no other surgeons. But I do know first hand about Dr Kuri. He is super and very down to earth. He came to my hotel the day before surgery to talk with our group and answer any questions we may have, plus he outlined the whole procedure and process. I was impressed with the hospital, little as it was, and the staff, tho almost no English was spoken. I was in the hospital for 1 day, staying in TJ for another day, then flew home. I have no pain other than a little soreness at the larger incision sight. My starting weight was 211, today it is 189. The only problem I had, was having the runs from the liquid diet I am on. This was an excellant place to go and I totally recommend them to anyone. Anyone can email me for any info regarding my surgery, cost, etc.. It has been the best thing I have ever done in my life !!"
