Well its been 7 almost 8 weeks, and my have things changed.  I am down to 260 from 316.  I haven't been in the260's since I got married 8 years ago.  my energy level is pretty high and I feel great.  I haven't had really any complacations. and I feel like I am kind of cute when I fix myself up now.  I am in about a 20 pants and I can't wait to get to 18 - 16 size.  I enjoy fixing myself up now and can't wait to be able to shop in the normal sizes.  and my sex life has changed too!  Poor Hubby!!!  The surgery sort of gave me a little bit of a charge one might say.  well thats it for now c-ya in a few weeks for another update

Well I don't have much longer to wait.  Only 2 days I am not nervous at all I am very excited and I now that my life is about to change drasticly for me.  the 7 days of liquid is been kind of hard but I am making it through.  I am still cooking for my husband and my doggies lol!!! I went to Subway the other day and ordered my mother a Chipotle Steak sub with peper jack cheese and banana pepers and jelopeno's yummy.  and that didn't even bother me.  I drink my protein shakes, carnation instant breakfast w/ no added suger, and bulion cubes and sf jello and popsicles that is my menu for now.  Well I'll post more later gotta go!
