My story....What can I say, I am a big girl who is tired. I am 29 years old. I am happily married and have to beauitful children. But I am tired of being...fat. I have never been ashamed of who I am or the way I look but I want to run and play with my kids and I want to be able to go and go and not be tired after ten miutes so I have decided to take care of my self and get some help. I have stugled for almost all of my life with weight, up and down for so many years and now its time for me to be....free!
