Hello!  I've been away from this site for awhile and recently gained 20 lbs back.  I'd like to start from scratch with the liquid diet that I started when I got home.  Does anyone have the menu for post-op eating during weeks 1-4?  I cant find mine and would be thrilled if someone can send me a copy of theirs.  I had the RNY Laproscopic surgery 3 years ago and never reached my goals but not I'm looking to start over and reach them.  I look forward to posting my daily struggles and accomplishments!

I am having a very hard time staying focused and eating right. Im depressed.  Im trying to return to the liquid diet but its hard.  What should I do?  IM SO UNHAPPY RIGHT NOW!

Thank GOD!  I made it and with only 1 night of fever in the hospital.  I had my surgery on Thursday and got back at home on Saturday.  I am so happy that that part of it is over.  I am preparing for my new life home.  Still tryin to figure out how I'm going to get all of my nutrients in and stay hydrated which is one of my biggest fears right now.

Well I'm 2 days away and nervous and I dont know what   I gotta figure out a way to get some sleep these days.  I'm going to work tired and edgy.  I cant stand it.  The thought of the surgery makes me anxious and wanna   Hopefully today will be a smooth day.  Oh well, I'm getting ready for work. 

Yesterday my doctors office called me to tell me that I am approved for surgery!  I am happy and nervous.  I'm just looking forward to getting the surgery over with and home.  

Today, I'm having some mixed emotions but I'm going out to the mall to day to buy a purse instead of eating all day.  I love to shop!
