Surgery Date

I am sooo happy and grateful. My upcoming surgery date is SEPTEMBER 29. I went into to office on August 17 to sign off on my paperwork but I had no idea I was going to have a surgery date so soon. I have been waiting for this day for over a year now. It has finally come and I am not looking back.
