"My first impression of him was very comfortable, He was very easy to talk to. Ifelt like he knew exactly how I was feeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gluck has also had this surgery himself, which I think helps him to understand what people are going through. Aftercare was something he talked about on my first consult, which tells me it is the cement that helps you stick with it and succeed. He was very thurough in explaining the risks.
