YAY I FINALLY HAD MY SURGERY THE DATE WAS 11-16-2011 SO TODAY I AM 2 WEEKS POST OP!!!!. THE SURGERY WENT WELL WITH NO COMPLICATIONS! THANX BE TO GOD WHO WAS WITH ME ALL THE WAY!!! THE ONLY THING THAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE GAS PAINS WHEN I AWOKE IN RECOVERY...OH MY GUUDNEZZ I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN BUT AFTER WALKING IT OUT I WAS ABLE TO GET SOME COMFORT. I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING EXCEPT MY SURGERY DATE. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS 5 YEARS AGO. BUT GOD HAS HIS OWN TIME AND WAY OF GOING THINGS!!! . I AM SO HAPPY, I AM STILL GETTING ACQUAINTED WITH MY LITTLE POUCH AND SOME THINGS ARE A DISCOMFORT TO DIGEST. I HAD A FROM OF DUMPING SYNDROME AFTER I MADE MASHED POTATOES WITH 2%MILK INSTED OF SILK. MY HEART WAS RACING A MILE A MINUTE
BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY SYMPTOM THAT I HAD. ALL IN ALL I AM GRATEFUL AND HAPPY THAT I AM NOW POST -OP INSTED OF PRE -OP. I LOVE MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have my check off list of things that I must do before I can have my surgery !!!so it's time to get down to it!!!! I need to get back to eating my fruits ,veggies and lean cuts of meat and also drinking water and walking briskly on a everyday basis A.S.A.P which will be today!!!!

I went see the dietitian and psychotherapist yesterday. I am now cleared to have my surgery. I am so super excited as to what is about to come. ~Brand New~

I made both of my appointments today, one for the Psych Eval and the other to see the Nutritionist so I am "CLOSER TO MY DREAMS" one more step to go and "I'm On MY Way"

Okay so I went to my first appointment today and my BMI is 57 
. I have to make an appointment with the Psychotherapist and the Nutritionist this Monday wait for the scheduled time to go and see them which will be on the same day and loose 26 lbs. before I can have the Gastric Bypass surgery. I plan on knocking this out within a months time and maybe even sooner with the Lord's help and favor because I am highly motivated and ready!!!!!

Tomorrow I have my first appointment with Dr. Nguyen. I'm so excited to see what he will tell me. I am so ready to say bye-bye to all of my excess weight
