5 yr update

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to give a quick update on my progress. It has been five years since I had RNY and I'm still in good health I have had no complications and I'm still fighting the same 9 pounds that I was fighting last year. I'm still trying to get it together. I realize that it is a life style change however; it's still a struggle. I hope that all are doing well and keep losing. I'll try and post a current picture  of me. Take care everyone. Mindy
