"My experience with Kaiser Richmond was fantastic. I have no sad stories. Everyone was so nice and attentive. My Surgeon was Dr. Im, and He was the greatest. Very patient and considerate. I would recommend him to everyone. I was not and still not to impressed or a big fan of some of the bariatric staff. Very rude and nasty, I could really do without them. But other than that, I have no sad stories. "
