 Constipation + incisions not healed = NOT FUN!  

 Everything seems to be going well.  My liquid diet is going well, I'm managing to keep everything down.  No nausea or vomit ting - THANK GOODNESS! I'm sleeping well during the night.  All my incisions appear to be healing well, some spots are tender than others. I stepped on the scale, I'm down almost 30 pounds, I nearly fainted - lol! That certainly made me smile! Looking forward to moving to the the next stage of the diet, this girl needs to eat something - bored with consuming liquids!  

 Just came home from the hospital. Very tired! The surgery went well. I managed to walk 3 hours after surgery. I'm very thankful everything went well with the surgery.  Looking for to seeing the changes my body will go through.  Thank you all for your words of kindness and support. Talk to you all soon!  

 Hi my name is Lisa. I have been overweight for as long as I could remember. My profile is pic is of me and my best friend. I'm the one in pink.! I decided on weight loss surgery approx. 3 years ago; I finally got the courage and made my decision to do the gastric bypass surgery 1 year ago.  My surgery is scheduled on January 24, 2011 9:00am @ Toronto Western hospital.  I'm nervous but excited of the new changes my body is going to go through.
