Woohoo!! Insurance Approval Obtained - yay!

I am so absolutely pumped!! I have insurance approval and should hear from pre-op any day .... just goes to show honey works a lot better than lemons and I need to keep that in mind during this next phase  So, any advice from the RNY group about what I need to do to prepare for the two week liquid cleanse.
