This is the first time I have logged onto this site in over a year.  Life has just been spinning by.  I still have issues with certain foods on certain days, but I feel that I always will.  My biggest complaint is that I almost never know when it will affect me.  I do notice that if I wait too long between meals that is when I get sick more often than not.  Unfortunately, my appetite has long since returned along with the cravings so I rarely wait too long between meals.  It is so easy to fall back into the old BAD habbits of eating that I once had.  I still do not eat and drink at the same time even though I know of many post-ops that do.  This is one tool that I have never quit using.  It will be 3 years in January 2007 and I still wear size 4 or 6 and am within 10 pounds of my lowest weight.

Joe and I are going on another cruise Nov 25th and we have signed up to get certified in SCUBA diving.  That is something that I tried while I was overweight and could not do, so I am anxious to see if loosing over a hundred pounds will help.  I'll keep you posted.  The worst thing about a cruise is that the food is so good and you cannot eat as much as you want.  The last cruise we went on I was only a few months post op and I was having a terrible time with a stricture and lost most everything that I ate.  I hope to make up for it this time LOL  Till later...Pam
