What?

I'm not losing weight at the rate I thought.  Is it supposed to be this slow?  Granted I just had it on rouyen-y on Oct 6th but my weight seemed to stop dropping. 
Also I finding it hard to set up and navigate this site.  I guess I'm use to facebook. 
I'm usually not a complainer but I'm just having a bad week.
