Thank Gosh!!  I finally have begun to lose weight again!!  lost 5 punds since being at the doctors!  I am now 188.4!!!  I haven't weigh this much since freshman year of high school!!  Well, probably before that!!  only 18.4 pounds to go!  I am going to hit that bike with so much vigor from now on!  Go me!

Still sticking at 143 pounds lost.  little upset about that, but as I said before I wil take it.  posted some new pics for everyone to see the progress.  Think I need to get back to basics to get the other 20 pounds off...  will work on that and get back to you all!

I bought a dress this weekend for my cousins wedding!! First dress in years!!  I feel great in this dress!!  I am so happy... happy happy happy!!  See the new pic!!!

Still holding at 143 down, but again!!  I will take it!!!  Loving the new me!!!

Well its been a month and I am only down another 2. something pounds...  143 to be exact so far, only 20 to go and they are proving to be the hardest.  I can't complain!  I am so happy with my progress, just look at my before and after picture attached !  Amazing!!!  Hope all are well and enjoying your success as much as I am!!

I am so happy, that is all I can say.  9 months out and I am down 140.5!!  23 to go to be at goal!  I can't believe it.  I was at 23 pounds lost 2 weeks after surgery!!  who would have thunk that that is all I have left to lose!!!  Unreal, just completely unreal. Am going to do everything to get there before 1 year is up.  Wishing everyone the best of luck!!!!!

Hello all

I lost 3.8 pounds this week!!!  Been biking 21 miles every day, this week was a little hectic!!!  BUT..I am officially in ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!  Haven't been this weight since high school!!!  maybe middle school, but who cares..I have arrived!!!!

Just weighed myself and only lost 1.4 pounds!!  since 5/2/10...  this is not making me happy. Plateaus suck!!  So discouraged, I am so scared that htis is the lowest I am going to get.  I never get under 200 pounds no matter what and that scares me!  am I sabotaging myself and I afraid of onederland???  OMG!!  I can't stand it.!  Guess I need to work out more and get this plateau to move out of my way!!!

Had no loss last week per the scale, but it all showed up this week.  4 more pounds!  down a total of 129.5!  can't believe I only have 44 pounds to go, seems like yesterday i was saying I had already lost 44 pounds, now it is 129!  Holy crap!  what a blessing this surgery has been to my life!  Hope you all are well and doing awesome!!!

I have lost another 4 pounds this week!!  down a total of 125.5!!  only 8 pounds to be under 200!!  I can't believe it!!  I am just beside myself!!!
