Aimee, I am wishing you a safe, complication free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my Open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having done it several years sooner. I can honestly say, without a doubt, that this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. God bless you as you start your healthy new life.

Hi Aimee. Just a quick note to let you know I'm thinking of you. The protein shakes wouldn't work for me either - I did Atkins too. We'll all be looking out for you (especially since we'll be walking the halls together). At least your one of the first ones - I'm 5th!
