glad to see old friends and new faces

it's been awhile since we last chatted.... hope everyone is doing wonderful on their weight loss journey... I've struggled for a few months if the truth be known... and after 11 years, some of the weight has come back!!!  I actually joined "weight watchers" a year or two ago to help the my issues, but dropped out of that last year when I moved to another state.  guess we STILL need each other to encourage and motivate us to higher levels.  thanks for always being here for me... so, as you can see, even the facilitator of this group can have bad days... (or bad months even)... stay in touch!!! and we'll help each other...
