I'M STARTING A NEW ME. Again.

Hopefully I can stick to my goals. I am rying to do things mentally one day at a time, because that is my biggest shortfall.  I have ALL dthe tools.  I REALLY NEED TO USE THEM!

My biggest obstacle is not eating the right things, lack of energy and NOT exercising much.  I may have one good day, but then I fall off the wagon real quick with a craving of something sweet and unhealthy the next day.  I want to work on meal planning and just having the right snacks around me.  I am so use to being busy and grabbing a high calorie foods for snacks.  So that means 3 cookies add to 300 calories, when I should be using those 300 calories on a full healthy meal. I give in so easily. And regret it all the time.
