I just returned from my trip to Italy.  I did not travel in the past because... It was too hard for me.  This time was different!  I managed my food and walked 6-8 hours every day!  I kept up with my daughter who is 30 years younger than I.  (She is much more fit also because she runs!)  I am amazed that I had a great time.  I never could imagine such fun and satisfaction before.  I have a life that is really beyond my wildest dreams!  I am so grateful for this gift that I have been given!  I remind myself every day to guard, polish and protect this new life and body that I have.  Health is so important!
