I can totally relate to the Lean Meat and Leafy Green Vegetables. there are many days in the week that I rebell and I have been at it for 130 days. however. I will share that there is a reason for everything and while it may seem totally nazi, there is a reason for it. after wongsa surgery, anything but lean meats and leafy greens will make you sick to your tummy, throw up, and generally regret life and food in general. all the breads get foamy and gross in your tummy. all the sweets like fruit will give you the shakes. all the dairy will give you the runs. all the oils will make you feel like a lump in your esophogus and feel heavy in your tummy all the carb fill veggies will get in your tummy and bloat out like crazy. and the protien shakes are just too freaking sweet and will make you neasiated. you know how I know all this. I am not a good 'follower', I like to find loopholes. I just do not have a lick of sense. so getting used to the carb free diet will help you tremendously by conditioning your tummy to the foods that it will the most successful in digesting over the next 6 - 12 months. he has literally idiot-proofed this system. however, I will give you one glimmer of hope. it does get better!
