I want one of those cute little scales at the bottom that everyone has.  How do you create that?

I had VSG on 9/9 and I was down from 227 to 202.  I started back on pureed food or food that I have chewed to the point that it is like its pureed and I have stalled.  Is this normal?  I am rowing for 20 minutes every day and obviously I cant eat much

Just wondering why they hold back the liquid when avoid dehydration seems to be the name of the game.  Im thirsty and scared and I cant sleep
