so i've been without a scale for several months now.   i got a new scale this weekend and it wasn't on the "big people" website.  it was at walmart!!!!!!  today i vowed that i am going to take my vitamins, my b-12 and be in control.  before i had my surgery i was at 433 lbs and i am at 314 lbs today.  i am at a plateau and need to comeback......
