One Year Checkup

Well, I am almost a year out. I had my one year checkup on Friday Feb 6th. My surgery anniversary isn't until Feb 29th (I guess March 1st this year). Official weight 192. According to the Dr's scale that is down 158 from my orignial appt and 105 since surgery. BMI 24.7

Waist 54" 32"
Chest 56" 42"
Neck 19.5" 15.5"
Now the not so good news, after seeing the WLS Dr, I went to an ortho to check out some knee pain I have had since the marathon. Well, it looks like I have some inflamation in my left knee meniscus. No running for a week at least.
And since I am a WLS patient, no Aleve or Advil, which meant a long needle full of Cortizone 
yesterday morning.
Knee does feel better, hopefully it will last and I can go back to running in a week or so. I hope so, I am going on Vacation next week.
