I had the vertical sleeve done on June 13th and am doing well, I think. I'm tired sore and ready for something other than clear liquids! I am being patient as I know its all worth it in the end! I weighed 221 when I went in for surgery and I get my first check in weight Wednesday at the Dr when they remove the staples. I can't wait to see how much I have lost so far! I don't expect to be a super model but I want to be healthy for my new baby girl Zoey and my 10 year old Liz! Wish me luck!!
PS I have to say this first week is nothing short of HELL!! But it is really getting much better by the day!

This is me before the baby.
I was 236 at the time. I should be more like 130-145ish to be healthy. I am so looking forward to posting after pictures!
I am 33 and currently pregnant. I am planning to have the sleeve about 6 months after delivery. I am having a c-section, so I have to wait until I am fully healed. I am looking forward to not being the fat wife, fat friend, fat mom, and fat ass in general. I've tried tons of diets and I lose like 30-40 pounds and then nothing. Then I get frustrated and quit. I love that this is permanent and my life will change forever! Wish me luck!
