Hello everyone ,well it's been 6 months and i'm doing great I have lost 83 lbs so far . looking good  and  feeling fine. all my labs came back good except for my iron i'm animic. but still feeling good.

in Sept. I was able to finish a 5k fun run/walk  in less than an hour I was proud to have finished. I have gone from a size 22\24 pants to a size 14 jeans
and size 3x shirt to a large shirt  I have about 40 lbs to goal  262- 180

well its been 4 months now and I have lost 70 lbs went from 262-191.5 its been a long road  but it is worth it . while I was on vacation at the coast i found out I could not eat at my favorite place called the boiling pot cajaun style seafood , it was too spicy and i was sick all night . the best part of the vacation was that this was the first time I did not gain weight,but I lost weight on vaction,it was the best.
my husband and I went walking along the water every morning and evening it was great. 
I have met my 6 month goal 2 months early .  

hello everybody well it's been a long 9 weeks still not eating a whole lot  not keeping a lot down , but the bright side i've lost a 54 lb according to my scale
i have found out when it's hot out i need to carry a misting bottle or a cold wrap with me or I will fall out. but I'm doing well .
i'm  going to a family reunion in a week I have not seen them in about five years. it's going to be  a experience. but the good thing is I have a cousin who is a surgeon there. who can look after me if something goes wrong. 
need to walk more.

went to 2 week  doctors visit have lost a total of 23 lb.  only need to lose 1 lb for  my 20% goal by may 24 said I was on a good tract.
she told me I can eat soft foods boy my first meal was a little black eye peas, tunafish,and a few bites of baked chicken, it was great I had no problem . then for supper I had baked chicken and refried beans still no problems going great

well I'm 12 days post-op and had to make an appt. with doctor because one of the areas where they went in at was draining and real red. when they looked at it they said I was having a reaction to the metal  in the staple. took all staples out did not hurt like i thought it would. still getting in allmy meds. and all 80 oz of water in and doing all my walking without a problem .
but that gallstone med is nasty because you have to open up the capsule and mix it witha drink or food it has a bad taste. doing great. have 2 week appt. on thursday. be back then

Well I have been doing ok getting in all my walking in drinking all my water. I just walked for 28 min. without stopping but I'm hurting a little now . we had bad weather last night while I was sleeping we had a big clap ofthunder which scared me i jumped boy!!! did thay hurt. but doing well I go for my first vist to doctor.. be back tom.

well today is my 2 day on the losing side , everything went well
came home last night did not realize how roughthe hwy. really was I felt every bump. I slept pretty well last night , woke up several times to drink some water, but had a good nits rest. 
today I've been walkingaround the living roomin 10 min. at a time ate some jello and gave my self the loveknoxs shot for bloodclots with out any problem. yesterday I was saying what did I do to my self but i'm over that today. better go for now . I'm on the losing side.

03/12/07 my insurance contact with scott and white called this morning with the best news. she told me I was approved for surgery , and just have to wait for surgeons secretary to schedule a date. bad thing it's spring break and everyones off now waiting on date , but still excited and ready. long time comming after having to do six month doctor diet.please pray for me everything goes well and no problems
