My story huh, wow. Kk I'll start from the beginning. I was born at 10 lbs 9 oz. By the time I started walking I had thinned out quite a bit and then starting gaining weight from about age 4. By the time I was in kindergarten I was 95-100 lbs. I continued to gain throughout my elementary school years and over the summer of going from, 5th grade to 6th grade I slimmed down quite a bit again. I was about 175 lbs. in 6th grade and about 5 foot 8 inches tall. Over the next 2 years of middle school I got 2 inches taller and maintained the same weight. So by the time I was in 8th grade I was 175 lbs. and 5 foot 10 inches tall. I was comfy there. I went into HS not doing to bad until I hit 16 and got pregnant with my daughter. I gained 45 lbs with that pregnancy and I never lost it. 2 years later I was pregnant again and gained 65 lbs. ontop of the 40 I hadnt lost from the last pregnancy and then I was a stay at home mom. I gained and gained till I was up to 285 lbs. I yo-yo'd for years and when I turned 26 I was back down to 216 lbs. I was ok there. Im tall and larger boned so I carried my weight fairly well and was in a 16 jean. Then I had my L5 & S1 disc in my back herniate into my spinal cord causing sever pain and numbing of my legs. I had immediate back surgery and from there I gained and gained. I was imobile for so long. When I finally started motating, I got steroid shots in my back every 3-4 months so the pain wasnt that bad, but by that time I was loving my food. We would have big BBQ's in the back yard, going to the drive-in sitting in the back of our truck and eat pizza, chips, pop corn ect. You know how it is. I ballooned. I remember going to the doctors office and seeing the scale tetter at 348 lbs. ... 2 more pounds and thats it I dont register on teh scales anymore so I avoided the doctors office and didnt have a scale at home so if ya dont see it, it must not be there right!? I was feeling sick alot and had decided to persue having the RNY surgery. When I went to my pre-op visit I was 386 lbs. I cried. From the day I left that appointment and new I was getting my surgery I was on a mission. ( I gave up on trying to get approved through insurance and paid cash, thanks to my 2 wonderful supportive parents who helped save my life.)  When I went to my docs it was Nov. and my surgery was set for Feb 09,2007. I went on a less then 10 grams of fat a day diet till surgery and worked out daily and by the time surgery came I was down to 345 lbs. needless to say a few days before surgery I went to dinner 2 nights in a row lol and had aged prime rib and seafood and retained alot of fluid. So on my surgery day I was actually 358.8 lbs. I was in the hospital for 4 days and when I left I was the same weight. Kinda odd lol. But when I came home in the next 4 weeks I dropped down to 318 lbs. 40 pounds down!!!! omg I was floored. So now Im 5 weeks out and have been stalled for 1 week but I hear thats normal and am reading alot of material learning how to best utilize my tool. I am learning alot and when I find something benificial I will post it for all of you to read. ( Thank you to Jimmers for giving me "Eating for the new you", to read * hugz)

Well thats my story and Im sticken to it!!! :P Below are some pics of me before surgery. Its amazing what a few years can do. I had gained I think a total of around 175 lbs. in a lil over 3 years. Its sad. But Im on my way back now :) Wish me luck!
