Infection - I am 3 weeks out and all my stitches look good to me they dont hurt and don't leak. I was told to be carefull and watch out for infection how long do I have to worry about that?...

3 weeks post op can I take allergy pills without c - I am 3 weeks post op and allergys are killing me my nose is running none stop and is sore from the tishue. Not sure if I can take zyrtec without asking my Dr or not.
