8 weeks out and feeling great!

Tomorrow will be 8 weeks and I feel great.  I'm down 36 lbs and l can't wait to be out of the 200's.. only 3 lbs. to go.

I have had a few weeks that had a great deal of ups and downs and I think that was because of having a cold/sinus infection that just keeps hanging on.

This has been no easy task and each day I have to think about what I put in my mouth.  Some days I miss eating like crap but when I get on the scale, those feelings soon disappear.
