ALMOST TO ONEDERLAND!

I am excited to say I was at 202lbs yesterday and then the monthly curse started, so hopefully when I go to the surgeon Wednesday I will remain there.  I have been exercising yet not faithful to the gym, the weather is to beautiful to be inside. Last Tuesday I went to the gym for my favorite class and my 21 month old cried for a long time so we left and went for a nice walk. I cleaned the house like crazy also!

I feel great and hear lots of compliments, but the mind and body haven't caught up yet. I don't see myself as a size 18. I haven't been a size 18 for at least 10 plus years.

My realistic goal is to loose a pound a week from now until the my one year baniversary of December 10th. That means I have to get down 12 more pounds Goal weight for one year will be 190 lbs for a grand total of 87lbs in a year, not shabby.
