My 1st NSV!!!

I posted this on the forum... but I HAD to make sure I blogged it here too!!!I read just about everyone's posts.. Great info here! HUGS!!!
Today I get to post my FIRST NSV!!! My mom and I went out saturday for girls day out! Shopping with NO GUYS LOL... We were trying to figure out where to eat... She just loves Steak N Shake! I figured that I could get a jr steakburger or soup and be fine. We were just chatting away like long lost friends... the hostess took us to our seats. I didn't even think the first thing about it and sat down.
Before mom sat down.. she said.. "umm Robin... look where you are sitting.. I'm so proud of you!" I thought for a minute.. and then I looked at where I was....... A BOOTH!!! I sat in the booth and the top 1/2 my tummy didn't rest on the table!!! OMG!!! I know that their booths are a little further away from the tables than most restaurants, but I always overlapped there too!!!
I have only lost 17 lbs since surgery.. but I guess that was enough!!! We laughed about how I became a cheap date... jr steakburger and kid size fries... I ate for $2.50..LOL I am so happy she was there to celebrate with me!!!
