William Fisher

"My first impressions of Dr Fisher? He appears extremely competent, confident, and patient. Actually, Dr Fisher and Dr Sweeney work together as a team during this surgery, so I am getting two for the price of one! Dr Fisher appears to be a bit more quiet and reserve compared to Dr Sweeney, who seems first inclined to speak up when a question is brought forward. I am not saying anything bad about either of these guys with this comment, only describing their personalities as I see them. God gives each of us special abilities (gifts), and I am convinced that Dr Fisher and Dr Sweeney have each been given the ability to perform the intricate surgery required for this type of operation. I have the utmost confidence in these gentlemen, otherwise I would not be placing my life in their hands! Dr Fisher spent a good deal of time describing the Lap RNY procedure in detail, and answering our questions. As surgeons, they both get A+ in my book. Although Dr Fisher/Sweeney have a structured aftercare program, they both see the need to establish a support group, which they currently do not have. They both seemed very open to our ideas about a support group, and I would bet there will be something in the works soon. "
