August fourth it is. I am excited but still soooo nervous. Seems to be natural though from what I read.

   Approved!

I am so excited, got a call from Dr. Pohls office, my paperwork has been sent to the insurance!!!! The wait is on!

I go for my last dietician visit tomorrow : ) I am so happy!!!!
I am also a little scared the surgery is getting close. I do not have a date yet but I am supposed to be calling into Dr. Pohl on Wednesday!! I am still having trouble eating and not grazing but I guess that will come in time with the surgery. One step, one day @ a time.

Going to the summer pops tonight. Offical start of summer for us in southern RI .
     I am so excited for my journey ahead ! To leave all this fatness behind me. (lol) Last summer of being obese.
I am turning 37 on Monday and so happy I didnt procrastinate on getting the pre surgery things done I hope to be goal and maintaining by my bog 40th bday!!!

I am patiently waiting to accomplish all my hoop jumping! Found out my doctor supervision for weight loss was not good enough because it was weight watchers I was on! ( kinda dumb) My next dietician meeting is July 2 that will be my final one!!! whoo hoot!  ~ wish me luck~

I called today and my endoscope is scheduled for Monday June 13th . I am super excited that is my last hoop I had to jump through . (as far as I know) I am still anxious and nervous but continually praying for a happy ending!

Really happy, I met with my surgeon for the first time today. All paperwork is in order. I just need the endoscope. They told me I can get it done next week. Then I will meet with doctor one final time. Then wait for the insurance approval.

Today is a day of awakening for me! I have offically started my journey to the new me.
I have attended a seminar, two support groups and now I am just waiting to meet the doctor.
I was so wrapped up in my nerves that I had not been watching my food intake. I was on full throttle overdrive!
Once you realize that you have a chance for a new life it is so hard to wait.......
So I have been consoling myself by eating....bad bad bad!
Thats why today is an awakening for me!
Fresh start to a new me!!!!!  I deserve it!

I went to my first support group meeting last night @ Miriam Hospital. Great support from so many dedicated people. I am so excited to get the surgery but scared of how long I will have to wait. I want this more than anything. I want my life back.
I went for my sleep study results and I NEVER go into a deep sleep and I stop breathing16 x an hour. No wonder why I am tired and miserable.Hopefully this will all change soon!
