ok...so as of today...I have lost 51lbs.

Can someone please assist me with coming up with a quick and easy low fat -low carb diet per my doctor. I got my test results back and my vit D was low as well as some other things. I have to so a change by Jan 30th or he is going to post-pone my surgery. All I can say is HELP HELP HELP

Today was long, I had to attend a group consultation that explained the whole Bariatric Surgery. It was from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. I was informed that I had to write a "Letter of Intent for pursuing Bariatric Surgery". I have to have this letter complete for my next appointment which is December 26, 2012. Can someone please help.
