well it has been awhile, dec 3 was my surgery , today is  April 25 . I dont think Im loosing weight like  i should
but Dr says im doing good. total lose 37lb  thats almost 4 months .my next fill is next week and my band is
 a 9cc  right now it has 7 1/2 cc .still not alot of restriction , i can eat anything...i can eat a whole hamburger , bun and all,
till we meet again.

It has been almost 1 month since surgery Dec 3rd , I had lost 19 lb up till  last week ( christmas) now i have gained 7-8 lb back :(
I dont have my first fill till the 18th of Jan,
I can tolerate anything . just have to careful with meat, goes down  fine, but later ... my tummy hurts.
I need to get to exercizing , walk alot at work, but havent made it to the gym yet . my mind  is trying to go
back to the old ways of grazing all evening.. gotta figure something out about that .
Now that the holiday's are over maybe I can get back on track.
I have deamons that I need to conquer regarding FOOD.........

today day i will begin my WLS journey.. my surgery is set for this afternoon. I will leave for the hospital in about an hour ...
asking for everyone to send up prayers of a safe and successful surgery, and a speedy recovery.

well it has been a while , thought I'd post to let you know what has happened  lately

Id visited with "more of life" thinking I would see about WLS thru them.. consulltation went fine, thought that I might go through them to have my surgery, but , I got a call  a couple weeks later saying that I would need to have phyc eval and a consult with nutritionist . before they would even turn it in to insurance  to see if it would be covered ??? , didnt  give me any clue of WHO I should call to set up these things , like I have a Phys on call?they just said when I have those to  call and and they would have me come in again?? more money!  I did call my GP and he gave me  some names to call to see about appointments.. now Im discouraged  thinking that this will never happen.  Set up my appointments , BUT still not sold on "more  of life"  ended up going back to tallgrass and have done their  info/ support meeting just have to mail in paper work and they will get with insurance to check about coverage.
Say a prayer for me that  it is a GO....

Oh how I want to be thinner, be able to walk without pain, ,not Ache  all  the time ,enjoy my gand daighter now that she is walking .. and be attractive to others. I know that my husband dosent care what size i am , or that my children arn't inbarressed to be seen with me .. But I want this .. so I am going to move ahead and see about wls again. 
I got discoraged 4 years ago when insurance  deneied  and just gave up . but it is time for me to take charge...
