6 days post op DS GB removal. Will I ever feel better again?

Hi Guys!

I had my lap DS and GB removal on 7-22-13 and I am recovering at home.  I feel like death warmed over most of the time.  I have nausea often, bowel movement issues, pain, and am worried things won't ever be normal again.  My mom is taking care of me while my husband is at home with my boys.

My question:  when will I start to feel somewhat normal again?

Any help would be appreciated!
