"Dr Opie has been excellent and blends just the right amount of professionalism with friendly bedside manner so that you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and issues with him. His office staff does not have the same work ethic/is disorganized/has at times not logged appointments so they were not rescheduled when the Dr got called away for emergency surgery.../but Dr Opie himself is the best and I would still seek him out knowing all this."
