I have the usual story. I have been overweight most of my life. I have diabetes, hypertension and back and joint pains. I finally decided that enough is enough. I have been thinking about this for years and have opted to have the lapband procedure. I am currently going through the 6 month medically supervised plan required by my ins co. (BCBS PPO). I hope I am making the right decision and that God gives me the strength to be successful in this endeavor. I hope to start by loving myself enough to make some changes.
CHANGE #1: Get up and move.
